主動再生顆粒物捕集系統(tǒng)(DPF) 柴油機的一個主要有害排放是顆粒物,大部分是由碳或碳化物的微小顆粒(尺寸小于4-20 μ m)所組成的。顆粒物捕集器(DPF)是一種安裝在排氣系統(tǒng)上的過濾裝置,它的主要功能是在顆粒物排入大氣之前將其捕捉。
產(chǎn)品特點:
·采用由堇青石或碳化硅等高孔隙率的材料作為捕集過濾介質(zhì),呈蜂窩狀結(jié)構(gòu),背壓低,在相鄰平行通道的兩端交替封閉或開啟,強制氣流必須穿過通道壁面的毛細孔隙。排氣中的顆粒物不能通過而收集在過濾介質(zhì)前(中),從而實現(xiàn)95%以上的顆粒物捕集效率;
·通過自主設(shè)計的燃燒器實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)主動再生,采用車載燃料,無需其他附加裝置;
·結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,可針對客戶的應(yīng)用情況進行針對性設(shè)計,易于安裝布置;
·可靠性好,不會造成排氣堵塞;
·可作為獨立系統(tǒng),不僅適用于OEM配套,也是在用車排放改造的最佳方案。
Particulate Matter (PM) is one of the major pollutants of diesel emission. Majority of PM is small particles of carbon or carbide (smaller than 4-20 μ m). DPF is filtering equipment installed on the exhaust system, which captures PM before entering the atmosphere.
Highlights:
·The filter element of DPF is honeycomb structure, which is made from high porosity cordierite or silicon carbide material. By alternatively closing or opening the end of adjacent parallel channels, it forces exhaust passing through the channel walls. Therefore, PM cannot pass through and over 95% of PM is captured by the filter;
·Using burner to achieve active regeneration, system can be customized for customers’ application;
·Reliable, will not block the exhaust;
·Can perform as an independent system, not only suitable for OEM application but also retrofit.
